Seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join our academic, collaborative team in western West Virginia.

Candidate will take the lead in developing the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Department for the Pediatric Hospital
$30 Million Pediatric Hospital
35+ bed Level III NICU
25-bed General Pediatrics Inpatient Unit
10-bed PICU and a Neonatal Therapeutic Unit
Pediatric Hospital has 35 Full Time Physicians with Full Complement of Pediatric Sub-Specialists
Recently remodeled Emergency Department with the creation of a separate 8-bed pod and waiting area for pediatric emergency patients
The ED averages 11,000 pediatric patients per year serving a 29-county area
Medical School offers training in 10 residency and 14 fellowship programs with over 250 residents / fellows on campus working alongside 400 providers in 75 areas of primary and specialty care
Residency programs in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine/ Pediatrics and fellowship programs in Pediatric Hospital Medicine and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
