About the Role About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on M&A Integration Analyst to help bring newly acquired companies smoothly into the fold. You’ll play a key role in making sure transitions are seamless - from setting up banking and re-hiring employees under the new entities to documenting key processes. You’ll work closely with leadership teams, both internally and within the acquired companies, to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing Partnering with Leadership
Build strong relationships with leaders at newly acquired companies
Learn their operations, align on goals, and co-create a game plan for integration
Work across internal TCC teams to align on priorities and timelines
Banking & Financial Transitions
Lead the switch to our corporate banking and expense management systems, in partnership with the Financial Operations team
Coordinate with financial institutions and acquired teams to make the transition smooth and disruption-free
Entity Setup
Oversee the legal and operational setup of new entities
Partner with legal, tax, and finance teams to ensure proper registration, licensing, and system setup
Create clear checklists and timelines to keep things on track
Process Optimization & Strategic Planning
Meet with personnel to understand each company’s existing processes, document current-state and summarize process improvement opportunities for senior leadership
Partner with senior leadership to develop near- and long-term strategic goals for companies, informed by your experience meeting with the team and process reviews
Managing Projects Like a Pro
Juggle multiple integration projects and keep them all on schedule
Track progress, flag risks early, and keep everyone in the loop with updates and reportsCreate clear, easy-to-understand dashboards and documentation
Continuously evaluate the M&A integration process and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar (MBA a plus)
3+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, or related roles
A natural project manager - organized, deadline-driven, and cool under pressure
Strong communication skills and a knack for building trust quickly
Analytical thinker with experience documenting and improving processes
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points
Experience in M&A, corporate development, or integration at a growing company
Familiarity with AI tools and tech implementations
Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago
