Location Washington, DC Metro (Hybrid). Hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite at client locations. Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on‑site two days per week.
Overview The Senior PeopleSoft Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade PeopleSoft applications and integrations within a managed services environment. This role requires expertise across front‑end and back‑end technologies, a strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, and experience in cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Candidates must hold a DOD Secret Clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance PeopleSoft modules tendo PeopleTools, Fluid UI, and custom components.
Implement and maintain integrations withfficient‑third‑party systems.
Execute PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) image upgrades and PeopleTools upgrades.
Support Oracle Database upgrades, including versions 23ai and 26ai.
Participate in migrating PeopleSoft environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Azure.
Automate regression testing and implement CI/CD pipelines.
Manage user roles and permissions in compliance with security standards.
Required Skills & Experience
DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and administration.
Proficiency in Java, .NET, SQL, and modern front‑end frameworks.
Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, Integration Broker, and Fluid UI.
Experience with Oracle Database versions 23ai and 26ai.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud technologies.
Exposure to AI‑driven enhancements and chatbot integrations for PeopleSoft.
