We’re seeking a talented commercial real estate lawyer to fill the position of στι Legal Counsel – Real Estate/Colocation. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the legal architect transforming cloud computing infrastructure二等奖 strategic real estate transactions and comprehensive legal support.

Key job responsibilities

Structure, draft, and negotiate complex real estate agreements supporting AWS’s worldwide data center portfolio

Provide comprehensive legal counsel on transactional matters, interpreting contracts with precision and strategic insight

Manage external counsel relationships dryer oversight of the portfolio of real estate transactions

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and legal operations

Resolve legal challenges in commercial relationships and handle pre‑litigation inquiries

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of legal experience

Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate transactional documents (i.e., leases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, development agreements, co‑ownership agreements, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in‑house work

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
