Continuum Therapy Partners has an opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA split between U-City Forest Manor, in St. Louis, MO, Creve Coeur Manor, in St. Louis, MO and The Pillars of North County in Florissant, MO. PRN is available as well.
