JOB SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW : We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and improve their relationships. With a passion for therapy and a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices, this LMFT will play a key role in providing exceptional care to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients. Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care. Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong record-keeping and documentation skills. Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of ethical and evidence-based practices in marriage and family therapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptive approach to changing needs and priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Experience working with diverse populations Strong understanding of family systems theory Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EFT Excellent communication and interpersonal skills At least 2 years of experience providing therapy services A valid driver's license is required Job Types:
