In this mid-level role, you’ll be responsible for unloading and verifying inbound shipments, picking and sorting outbound shipments, and assisting with cycle counting and checkoff processes. Inspects all inbound shipments for freight damage and report any damage to appropriate parties. Picks, packs, and loads customer orders following established processes. Double-check the carton quality of picked orders before loading. Returns all misplaced and erroneously pulled items to the proper bin location. Consolidates bin locations, as directed. Maintains proper stack height of all products. Adheres to published housekeeping responsibilities for designated areas. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of warehouse experience is required. Experience using warehouse equipment such as hand truck/dolly, pallet jack, and order picker required. Proficient in Warehouse Management System and Datascope for Inbound or Outbound processing. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to perform warehouse duties such as: picking, packing, sorting, shipping and receiving. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. at any given time. Maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, assisting other departments, and working overtime (based on business needs). Basic math skills. Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
