Overview:
Join a cutting-edge medical manufacturing facility as an Automation Technician! Work with state-of-the-art assembly lines in a clean room environment, troubleshooting and maintaining high-speed machinery. Excellent pay and shift differentials available, with opportunities for rapid advancement. Job Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on automated assembly lines Maintain and adjust mechanical components of production machinery Read and interpret electrical schematics Work with pneumatic systems Ensure proper functioning of high-speed manufacturing equipment Adhere to clean room protocols and safety standards Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency Identify and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Document maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or related field Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems Familiarity with PLCs and automated manufacturing environments Ability to read and understand technical documentation and schematics High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
Shifts & Schedule available:
6am-6pm (Days) 2/2/3 schedule Pay range: $28-$38/hour based on experience
