Senior Technologist

for the plants in

What will you do?

Given your technical experience, is a reference point for the Technologists and supports the Technical Manager in managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks and addressing critical issues Set product recipes ensuring necessary regulations and PLC parameters are in place, make necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments, control production variables to ensure product specifications are met Actively perform investigations and troubleshooting in order to solve quality issues Train and support production staff to help them solve minor technical problems affecting the quality of the bottle Carry out the electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning, driers, leak test, cameras, palletizers, etc.) Find solutions by fabricating mechanical or other parts to address production or technical issues and to improve machine performance Support the Technical Manager in improvement projects and decisions on machines, equipment, molds and processes

What are we looking for?

Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM) Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques Good applied knowledge of WCM standards Minimum 5 years’ experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processes
