Transportation Department Manager Job Description Overview: The Transportation Department Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of transportation operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of transportation staff, including drivers, dispatchers, and administrative personnel. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the transportation department budget, including forecasting expenses and allocating resources effectively. Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
