Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Neuroscience/MS (TAS) – Field position based in Springfield, IL. Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner. Demonstrates scientific expertise and uses approved resources to present information to HCPs with medical accuracy. Collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs. Engages RTLs and community-based physicians/HCPs; serves as the primary point of contact within the patient care continuum. Liaises with other BMS functions to deliver an overall higher Cx by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. Prioritizes safe and appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on business results and BMS values. Maintains field-based account plans and territory plans; conducts in-office presentations and external speaker programs as appropriate. Engages in real-time medical support and responds to unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries. Required Qualifications & Experience
Develops demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients. Maintains/grows high level of scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas. Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans. Uses CE^3 (when implemented) to derive insights and inform call plans; provides feedback to leadership for continuous improvement. Delivers fair and balanced scientific dialogue; conducts in-office presentations aligned with label. Organizes external speaker programs with approved speakers; manages scheduling and logistics. Maintains working expertise on emerging data for approved indications. Provides real-time medical support through Medical on Call as needed. Collaborates cross-functionally to share insights and enable better service to customers. Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies governing conduct of BMS. Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse. Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to healthcare professionals. Demonstrated credibility with key customers and a customer-centric approach to Cx. Experience in Neurology is preferred. Proven account management, selling competencies, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals. Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset. Key Competencies

Compensation Overview Field – United States – US: $135,180 - $163,801. Starting range listed for full-time employee (FTE); additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final compensation based on experience. Benefits Health coverage, wellbeing, financial protection, paid time off and other benefits, subject to plan terms and eligibility.
