Job Requirements And Duties
Manage everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example for your crew and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Responsible for staffing, paperwork, cost control, cash control, food management, work schedule, store image and standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Advancement Many of our team members began their careers as delivery drivers and today are successful Domino’s franchise owners. Advancement opportunities include moving from assistant manager to general manager, general manager to franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.
