Fuel Delivery Truck Driver (Class A or B CDL)
Position Summary
This role is responsible for the safe and ऐसे efficient operation of a commercial vehicle in compliance with FCC regulations. Key duties include conducting pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, operating equipment manually or via joystick controls, and navigating assigned routes through residential and commercial areas. The position requires timely and professional interaction with co-workers, dispatch, and customers, accurate completion of paperwork, and adherence to safety and productivity standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Completes a pre/post-operation check of a commercial vehicle in line with FCC regulations to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety devices, gauges, తెలియని components are in correct operating condition.
Ensures commercial vehicles are safely operated on allocated routes that encompass roads, residential neighborhoods, and alleys.
Ability to manually and/or automate controls and joystick equipment in compliance with the FCC's safety regulations and procedures.
Continuously monitors the vehicle's status to ensure it remains operationally ready in})(order to reduce downtime.
Completes necessary paperwork and other reports accurately.
Maintains departmental productivity standards to ensure all clients are serviced in a timely and effective way.
Follows and enforces all safety regulations and procedures.
Education & Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Garbage/Recycling experience preferred
Valid CDL Class A or Class B
Ability to lift or carry heavy objects as necessary
Must meet all qualifications as defined under Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
Must be registered with the FMCSA's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
