The Area Business Manager (ABM) engages dermatologists and key customers within an assigned geography, presenting clinically focused messages to grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals related to Atopic Dermatitis, Prurigo Nodularis, CSU, and BP. Main Responsibilities

Engage dermatology/immunology customers within the assigned territory, delivering clinically focused messages to launch, grow brand share, and achieve product goals for atopic dermatitis and other indications. Collaborate with Regeneron Sales Professional counterparts, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Market Access teammates, and Thought Leader Liaisons to proactively address customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives. Build strong working relationships with dermatology experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, and key patient advocacy groups as directed. Drive results by identifying key opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business. Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities. Maximize budget allocated to the geographic territory to support strategy execution and generate/grow the business. Lead initiatives supporting sales success, including industry congresses and medical conferences. Own business opportunities within the geographic area, coordinating large group practices and key targets to drive product results. Establish relationships with thought leaders, delivering industry-leading customer value. About You

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product information. Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary; additional travel within the territory may be required. Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with integrity within compliance guidelines. Team player with collaboration skills to reach common goals. Valid Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications

2+ years selling sub‑cutaneous self‑injectable (or office‑administered IV) biologics in a complex and competitive market. 2+ years selling experience in dermatologic disorders such as atopic dermatitis. 2+ years selling experience calling on dermatologists. Launch experience in specialty care and biologics. Alliance/matrix partnership experience. Advanced clinically based selling skills. Results oriented with proven track record of success with product launches. Experience with in‑servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers. Passion for science, proactive learning of disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends. Highly organized with strong account management skills. Benefits
