Responsibilities
Create and manage the master production schedule, translating the customer demand into specific daily and weekly wafer start plan
Monitor and track SUBINGWIP flow within the fab, ensuing efficient movement of wafer lots to meet output plan and fulfil customer demand requirement
Identify, analyze and resolve production bottlenecks related to equipment performance, material availability, or labor resources to maximize fab throughput and reduce cycle time
Collaborate with marketing, sales, production and engineering teams to align production plan, manage demand/order changes and schedule interruptions
Coordinate with purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses of inventory materials
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on‑time delivery (OTD), cycle time, inventory and inventory turn
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, optimise processes and increase productivity
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or related fields
>5 years of work experience in factory planning or supply chain management
Proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis and reporting
Experience with Oracle systems
Programming skills are preferred
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain principles
Familiarity with capacity and demand forecasting models
Attention to details
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic and multi‑disciplinary environment
Pay Range:
P60-USA-1 :$108,800.00 - $155,400.00
