We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
General Laborer
to join our team. This hands‑on role supports our skilled tradespeople and project teams to keep job sites safe, organized, and efficient. Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on‑site.
Perform general jobsite clean‑up and organization to maintain a safe work environment.
Support skilled trades and field teams with various construction activities.
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure work area.
Report safety concerns, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely.
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
Previous experience in a construction or labor‑intensive environment.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Physical stamina and attention to detail.
Team‑oriented attitude with clear communication and reliability.
