Under general supervision, renders professional nursing care in accordance with physicians' treatment plans in order to provide for the comfort and well-being of patients.
Responsibilities
Assess patients' condition
Administer prescribed drugs
Provide treatments
Observe patients' progress
Record pertinent observations and report reactions to drugs and treatments
Assist physicians with examinations and prepare instruments and equipment for physicians' use
Education
Associate (ASN) or BSN in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing
Experience
Two Years of RN experience
Credentials
Registered Nurse
Basic Life Support and ACLS cards
