What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Proactively monitor and manage files using proprietary web-based applications
Facilitate and schedule medical services for claimants to ensure timely care
Provide telephonic and written customer support services
Document actions and correspondence between parties to maintain accurate records
Ensure files are complete with all appropriate documentation and comply with safety regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma
Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective multi-tasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet designated deadlines
