DaVita is looking for a career minded individual to take the lead as our next Patient Referral Coordinator. Due to the high amount of details and electronic tracking of information, this position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy.
Responsibilities As a Patient Referral Coordinator you will work in conjunction with Regional Reimbursement Specialists to ensure patients are being billed appropriately for their dialysis treatments. Though you will be a part of a team of coordinators, you will work largely independently. Your organizational skills will be utilized daily, and your attention to detail and problem solving skills will be put to the test. You will provide the highest level of customer service to all constituents involved in the insurance process. This is a fast paced position that requires you to communicate clearly and concisely. The ability to present yourself professionally over the phone and via email is essential to this role, as telecommunication will be your primary mode of interaction with constituents.

Compensation The Wage Range for the role is $16.00 - $21.00/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year. New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour. Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year. Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour.
