Description
Key Responsibilities
Design electrical systems for overhead and underground utility projects, including creating detailed construction drawings and accurate bills of materials.
Provide supporting documentation such as pole force loading calculations, voltage drop calculations, and permitting requirements as needed.
Perform field visits to inspect infrastructure and ensure the accuracy of designs.
Support pre-construction activities, answering questions related to the job site and design.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in overhead or underground electrical distribution design
Working knowledge of SAP and O-Calc (AUD experience strongly preferred)
Ability to travel up to 20% for hybrid work expectations (local travel only)
QA/QC Design Review
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools is a plus.
Associates Degree In a technical related field

This position pays between $30 and $34 hourly and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match.
