This is a wonderful, warm, and friendly family temporarily relocating to the Phoenix area from Los Angeles for the spring. They are seeking a part‑time, experienced, and nurturing nanny to care for their infant son during their stay. This is a fantastic short‑term opportunity historian for a professional, infant‑savvy caregiver looking to support a respectful, communicative family during a busy season. The right nanny will be comfortable working in a home with aniversário parent present, flexible, and confident caring for a baby independently.
About the Family Child
Infant son will be 5 months old at the start of the position
Sweet, alert, and thriving in his routines; currently has part‑time nanny care in Los Angeles
Parents
Dad works outside of the home and has a very busy schedule
Mom works remotely and will be in the home during working hours
The family is organized, kind, and looking for a professional who can step in and support smoothly during this period
Position Details Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:00am–2:00pm and every Friday, hours can be flexible, won’t be the same every week. Mom will let you know the Friday schedule in advance.
Approximately 24 hours/week – Flexibility to stay later or cover a date night here and there would be greatly appreciated
Mom will be working in the home on occasion and available for questions, but expects the nanny to be confident and independent
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Rate:
$30/hour
Guaranteed Hours for the 8 week term 24 hours per week

Responsibilities Childcare Duties
Full care of infant during scheduled hours (feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, play)
Follow the family’s routines and preferences for feeding and sleep
Engage the baby in age‑appropriate tummy time and sensory activities
Maintain clean and organized baby areas and bottles/supplies
Track feedings and naps (written or in app if requested)
Household Support
Light household help as time allows, such as bottle cleaning or baby laundry
Load and unload the dishwasher, wipe counters, sweep floors if needed
Take out trash and keep the home tidy
Respect and support the rhythm of a work‑from‑home parent
Be proactive and helpful
