DESCRIPTION OF WORK This role involves managing incident data, developing and maintaining reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various agencies and organizations to uphold program standards. The Administrative Officer 1 must be proficient in data analysis and report generation. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of policies and regulations related to developmental programs. In this role, excellent communication, coordination skills and the ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities is essential.
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60‑minute lunch
Employee may have overnight travel or out‑of‑County travel on a monthly basis. Employee may have irregular hours, including evenings or weekends
Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training

A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening
This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law
Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance
