Required Related Experience Office/clerical, front desk, and costumer service. Required License/Registration/Certification N/A Physical Requirements Sitting or standing for long periods of time and run errands on campus if needed. Shift 10 – 15 hours weekly. Job Summary This position will answer the main college telephone line and greet guests visiting the Administrative Suite. Other tasks include assisting staff with unpacking office supplies, copying, filing, scanning, possibly editing Word documents and entering data into Excel spreadsheets, and running errands on campus if needed. Other duties as assigned. This is a Federal Work Study position only, so applicants must be eligible for Fall/Spring FWS . Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Great customer service skills and courteous telephone manner. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Office/clerical, front desk, and receptionist experience. Law and Legal Studies majors preferred.
