About the Role Join The Goddard School of Ramsey, NJ as an Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant, where you will play a vital role in nurturingטים the growth and development of our youngest learners. Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing age‑appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers.
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Support daily activities, including feeding, diapering, and nap time routines.
Engage children in play‑based learning and developmental activities.
Communicate effectively with parents about theircollections' progress and daily activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.
Participate in ongoing training and afirmar professional development opportunities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or early childhood education coursework preferred.
Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Must pass background checks and maintain a positive demeanor.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young children.
Commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
