The Position The Real Estate Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to company‑owned property.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes
Building maintenance, dry wall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting
HVAC filter changes and maintenance
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing electrical outlets and covers
Must have knowledge of an assortment of hand tools
The Ideal Candidate
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen.
Related construction or maintenance experience is desired.
Has strong time management, organizational skills, with particular attention to detail.
Must have general handyman expertise and knowledge.
Ability to complete maintenance tasks, as directed.
