Atmus/Cummins is hiring for assembly positions in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
Pay & Benefits
$16.00/hr base pay
Time and a half ($24/hr) for all hours over 40
Double pay ($32/hr) for Sunday shifts (requires perfect attendance for the week)
Attendance bonus
Shift Information
8‑hour shifts: 7am‑3pm, 3pm‑11pm, or 11pm‑7am
Please Note: This position requires flexibility. The client will assign your schedule based on production needs; you cannot choose your own shift.
Schedule (Mandatory Overtime)
This is a high‑overtime position.
The current schedule requires working 19 consecutive days followed by 2 days off.
Requirements
Role: Assembly
Lifting: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
PPE: You must provide your own steel‑toed shoes. Safety glasses will be provided by the client.
Salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour.
Shift: Second Work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM Education: High School
Responsibilities
Operate and troubleshoot machines/processes required to manufacture
Assist with set‑up and operate assigned machines in area to produce finished product
Apply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the products
Complete proper paperwork per station
Keep work area safe and clean (5S – Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
Responsible for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader and/or Manager
The essential functions of this role include:
Working in a smoke‑free environment
Wearing steel‑toe shoes
Standing for 8 hours at one time
Working up to 16 hrs of overtime per week
Working weekends
