Employee Assistance Program

The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and providing information of a general nature.

Responsibilities:

Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.

Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.

Greets after hour residents, visitors and vendors. Answers inquiries and gives directions.

Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.

Organizes, distributes packages and deliveries to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.

Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits if requested by director.

Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.

Promoting and safety of the community property and assets against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry by unauthorized persons while meeting and/or exceeding service standards.

Conducts safety inspections of all community property to include common areas, resident corridors, parking areas and perimeter access.

Watches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and security doors left unsecured.

Responds to all calls and complaints, taking necessary action and handling on-scene emergency situations until relieved by a Supervisor.

Secures and unlocks areas and buildings in accordance with policy and community expectation.

Assist in emergency response procedures as per community policy.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
