Key Responsibilities
Assist in patient examinations and procedures. Perform preliminary tests, including visual acuity, tonometry, and other diagnostic assessments. Maintain and prepare examination rooms and equipment. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records. Educate patients on eye care and post-operative instructions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care. What you will do

High school diploma or equivalency 2 years of patient/customer service experience Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) certified by JCAHPO within 18 months of hire About Us
