We are seeking an
experienced Account Manager
with
proven IT staffing sales experience —and we are
especially interested in candidates who have worked with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients . This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales lifecycle for staffing and project initiatives.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for assigned accounts.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet client needs.
Gain market share by increasing headcount, revenue, and margins.
Conduct regular meetings with client hiring managers to strengthen partnerships.
Oversee client relationships through pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate delivery.
Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in agency recruiting or staffing sales , specifically in
IT staffing .
Experience working with BFSI clients strongly preferred.
Strong client-facing and customer service skills; prior sales experience is a major plus.
Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms for networking.
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
