Full‑Time Permanent Lead Cook
for
Ottawa County Jail
in
West Olive MI .
Benefits
Pay starting at $22.00 an hour for this location.

Qualifications
Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment.
Ability to read and follow company recipes.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean‑up.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday.
Flexibility to work varying shifts – days and hours (10am‑6pm).
Clearance approval into the facility.
Previous food service or kitchen experience would be a plus, but
we can train the right person!
