Job Description We are seeking an
Specialist, Creator Management
to support day-to-day creator strategy and execution for a major global beauty client. This is a high-volume, fast-paced account that requires exceptional attention to detail, comfort navigating a startup-style environment, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a highly collaborative team.
This role is perfect for someone who is energized by solving problems independently, thrives without constant oversight, and can quickly create structure where needed, while also being an excellent teammate across shared workflows.
You will support Creator Managers and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless casting, negotiation, content development, and campaign execution across tentpole and always-on programs.
Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Campaign & Creator Management
Execute creator strategies that ladder into beauty category goals, campaign KPIs, and brand priorities.
Manage end-to-end creator workstreams: sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, content reviews, and final delivery.
Handle high-volume casting and coordination across multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
Maintain clear timelines and workflows while proactively identifying and solving issues before they escalte.
Oversee day-to-day communication between creators, agents, and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
Strategic Support & Insights
Leverage data and platform tools to recommend creators aligned to brand objectives and performance KPIs.
Conduct vetting and due diligence to ensure brand-safety, content fit, and aesthetic alignment, particularly within the beauty and luxury space.
Support internal teams with audience insights, talent rationale, and strategic POVs for client deliverables.
Stay continuously informed on beauty, social, and cultural trends to guide creator recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work autonomously to push workstreams forward, but also collaborate deeply with team members to ensure seamless execution.
Communicate proactively, manage expectations, and provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications Who You Are
3-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, influencer marketing, or social strategy.
Experience supporting beauty clients, lifestyle clients, or visually-driven brands is a strong plus.
Comfortable navigating a startup-like environment, able to create process where none exists and operate with autonomy.
Proven ability to manage high-volume creator programswith multiple moving parts.
Starting to establish a creator/agent network within the beauty and lifestyle space.
Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
Working knowledge of routing, performance tracking, influencer tools, and analytics platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, can independently drive work forward while contributing positively to team culture.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging content formats.
Passionate about beauty, creators, culture, and social storytelling.

Compensation Range: $75,000- $85,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
