Account Manager, Post-Acute (Tampa, FL)
Join Smith+Nephew as an Account Manager in our Post‑Acute team. In this role you will call on OR, acute care and post‑acute facilities to provide key brands Pico and Renasys for negative pressure wound injuries on patients.

What will you be doing?
Generate a territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals using excellent sales skills, territory management skills, and customer relationships.
Use your sales abilities to call on OR, acute care facilities, and physician offices to promote key brands such as Renasys and Pico.
Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products.
Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups, and conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision‑makers.
What do you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience, preferably in the OR.
Consistent track record of effectively presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in both formal and informal settings.
Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management.
Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision‑makers within an account.
Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).
All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID‑19 vaccine management.

Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually, 8 hours of volunteer time, and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
