As a
Housekeeping Runner , you will deliver requested items to the staff and guest units promptly and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized storage closet. Navigate the resort by providing around-the-clock service. Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome. Deliver clean linen to buildings and retrieve dirty linen from buildings to laundry. Keep carts, closets, and equipment in orderly fashion. Take trash and linen to corresponding bins. Report any damaged items to supervisor. Respond to owner or guest requests or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Respond to guest calls for any additional services or products for a unit or room using a device. Qualifications
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in attentive and service-oriented manner. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
