The Marketing Manager will lead Culture Studio’s full marketing ecosystem, owning brand strategy, growth direction, and executional excellence across all channels. This role is responsible for ensuring that powerful creativity translates into measurable brand growth. You will set the strategic vision for how Culture Studio shows up in the world, while building the systems, teams, and processes that ensure content, campaigns, and messaging reach the right audiences at the right time.

You will work in close partnership with the Brand Creative team (who owns brand vision, creative direction, and asset creation), Paid Media, and cross-functional teams. Your role is to connect the dots between storytelling, distribution, and performance—turning brand into a scalable growth engine. whatThis is an ideal role for a leader who is equal parts strategic architect and operational driver: someone who can think big, build structure, and lead teams to execute with consistency and impact.

Position Duties

Brand Strategy & Narrative Leadership

Lead architectural brand strategy across all Culture Studio identities, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and premium positioning

Evolve and steward the brand narrative with a focus on The Craft, culture, and credibility

Growth Strategy & Distribution

Develop and own quarterly and annual marketing growth strategies

Define audience priorities, channel strategy, and campaign focus across organic and paid channels

Ensure content and campaigns are delivered to the right audiences with intention and timing

Marketing Operations & Campaign Leadership

Own the marketing calendar and campaign planning across launches, initiatives, events, and activations

Oversee execution of integrated campaigns across organic, paid, and owned channels

Coordinate timelines and cross-functional collaboration between creative, growth, and paid media teams

Support marketing strategy and planning for events, tradeshows, and brand activations

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

Establish clear success metrics and KPIs across brand and growth efforts

Lead a data-driven marketing culture focused on continuous improvement

Partner with Paid Media leadership to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team (brand, growth, paid media)

Build scalable systems, workflows, and processes that allow marketing to operate like a high-performing internal agency

Foster strong collaboration between creative and analytical functions

Ensure the marketing team operates proactively, not reactively

Desired Skills & Experience:

3–6+ years of experience in marketing, brand growth, or digital marketing

Proven experience building and executing marketing strategies

Strong understanding of organic social media and content distribution

Experience managing content calendars and with content scheduling platforms

Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms

Strong written communication skills

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action

Collaborative and comfortable working within an established brand vision

Nice to Have:

Experience writing blog posts or long‑form content

Experience using tools like Canva to create decks and graphics

SEO knowledge (keyword research, on‑page optimization, content strategy)

Experience working in the apparel & merchandise industry

Background working with creative or brand‑led teams
