The way you lead will shape how teams show up for each other, serve customers, and grow the business together.**What You’ll Do*** Coach and support branch managers to achieve district goals across revenue, operations, and customer experience* Own district-level P&L performance, making sound decisions that drive profitability and long-term success* Partner with corporate teams to align branch operations with company strategy, standards, and best practices* Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement by staying connected to the field and leading by example**What You’ll Bring*** Proven experience leading multi-unit operations with direct P&L responsibility* A strong foundation in operations and sales leadership, with a people-first approach to development* Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships* A genuine commitment to safety, performance, and doing things the right way* 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
