You will be the Aircraft Electrical & Electronics Mechanic - Fabrication for the team which is responsible for installing preassembled wiring harnesses in conformance with predetermined routing and fastening in place with clips, brackets, and other holding devices.
panneau What You Will Be Doing As the Aircraft Electrical & Electronics Mechanic - Fabrication, you will be responsible for hooking up wiring to equipment, panels, relays, and accessories, and making continuity checks on primary installations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing preassembled wiring harnesses in conformance with predetermined routing
Hooking up wiring to equipment, panels, relays, and accessories
Making continuity checks on primary installations
Routing wire on an electrical wiring board – pin and plug process
Stripping, crimping, terminating, and soldering wire

Who You Are The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced electrical and electronics mechanic with a strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring harnesses. You will have Close problem‑solving skills, the ability to read electrical blueprints, and at least two years of hands‑on electrical experience working on aircraft.
Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of two years aircraft electrical assembly experience with electrical wire harness.
Hands‑on electrical experience working on aircraft; ability to read electrical blueprints; routing wire on an electrical wiring board – pin and plug process; stripping, crimping, terminating, soldering wire; wiring harness buildup; installing wiring harnesses.
A candidate must take and pass a performance demonstration test after training to retain employment for this position.
