Perform break/fix support on desktops, laptops, and peripherals Image and configure PCs and laptops for large-scale deployment Diagnose hardware failures and replace components as needed Prepare devices for end-user rollout across multiple locations Maintain accurate documentation for repairs and deployments What You’ll Need to be Considered
