Meister Law Group is seeking an experienced Trusts, Estates & Wills Paralegal to support our attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys meaningful client work and takes pride in producing high-quality legal documents.
What You’ll Do
Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Assist with trust funding and asset alignment
Support probate and trust administration matters, including filings, notices, inventories, and accounting
Coordinate document execution and maintain organized client files
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and financial institutions
Track deadlines and manage multiple matters with accuracy and discretion
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of paralegal experience in trusts, estates, wills, probate, or estate planning
Strong working knowledge of estate planning documents and probate procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and organizationAbility to regional work independently and manage competing priorities
Professional communication skills and strict confidentiality
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with trust funding and post-execution administration
Familiarity with legal practice management or estate planning software
Not.Deary Public (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working with high-net-worth clients
