ABOUT THE POSITION Licensed Graduate Social Worker - LGSW
to work with older adults in a Washington, DC long‑term care facility. The schedule is 8:30 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Conduct intake/assessment to determine needed services
Meet with clients as determined by treatment plan
словам complete case notes in a timely fashion
Work with the Director and other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans/assessments for clients \ignation CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
LGSW
Experience working with older adults in either a residential setting or in community setting

Flexible schedule as a Contractor. Choose assignments that best fit your schedule.
Availability of 40‑hour work week schedule.
