Role Summary The
Sales
Producer drives agency growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is open to both entry-level candidates (with support for licensing) and experienced, licensed producers.
What You’ll Do
Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up on warm leads.
Consult with customers, identify needs, provide quotes, and close sales across multiple product lines.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and policy reviews.
Use agency systems to track activity, manage your pipeline, and hit production goals.
What We’re Looking For Entry-level candidates:
Coachable, driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
Strong communication skills and willingness to obtain required licenses
Experienced producers:
Active IL Property & Casualty license (Life & Health preferred).
Proven sales performance and ability to manage and grow a book of business.
Compensation & Growth
Base salary plus commission and bonuses tied to performance.
Paid training and licensing support for developing producers.
