Our Load‑Out Associates are the friendly faces who make sure customers leave happy by safely loading their purchases into vehicles. You’ll also keep the warehouse organized, verify orders, and use handheld devices to track down inventory like a pro. As a key part of our front‑line crew, you’ll bring the energy, service, and professionalism that make Nellis Auction a place customers love to shop.
Schedule: Friday- Sunday 7:00 am- 6:30 pm Key Responsibilities
Safely and professionally load purchased merchandise into customer vehicles.
Required to meet performance standards and KPI
Verify outgoing orders and ensure accuracy of items.
Maintain and organize merchandise racks and consolidation areas.
Use hand-held scanners or mobile devices to locate inventory quickly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with the Customer Experience team to ensure timely service.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Demonstrate Nellis Auction’s Core Values at all times.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
1–2 years of warehouse or customer-facing experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer/data entry skills required
Dependable attendance and punctuality required
Bilingual skills are a plus!
Physical Job Requirement
Routinely lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk and stand for 10–12 hours per day
Work in extreme temperatures (warehouse or outdoors in summer/winter)
Regular bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling
Must possess vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and focus
