Requirements
10+ years of experience in product management
2+ years of people leadership experience
Ability to develop and lead high‑performing teams
Demonstrated success in product lifecycle management
Strong customer‑centric approach with data analysis skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in problem‑solving and decision‑making
Experience working in matrixed organizational environments
Strong planning and organizational skills for complex projects
