cFocus Software seeks a Network Administrator to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in network administration or engineering Experience with DoD enterprise networks and secure environments Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and firewall technologies Experience supporting cloud networking (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or OCI) Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing systems Ability to document and maintain network configurations and procedures Duties:
Administer, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure supporting DSAID environments Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network security devices Support cloud networking in approved DoD Cloud Service Provider environments Implement and maintain network security controls in compliance with RMF and STIGs Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; resolve incidents and outages Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes across environments Participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and contingency planning Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures Support audits, inspections, and cybersecurity assessments Coordinate with system administrators, cybersecurity staff, and application teams
