Save Job

Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive Transaction Coordinator to support our #1 real‑estate team. Based in our Anacortes office, this full‑time role guides transactions from contract to close—managing paperwork and deadlines, coordinating inspections and repairs, communicating with escrow, and keeping both clients and agents on track every step of the way. While we love having our people in‑house, we’re open to a remote setup for an exceptional fit. This position is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific, and is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the steady force behind a smooth, stress‑free closing experience. We believe great teams deliver great outcomes, and we’d be grateful to welcome the right person into this role.
