Overview
We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is recruiting for a Student – Clerical (Summer Vacation Relief Employee) at our West Allis, WI location. These are full‑time summer positions beginning in May or June, represented by We Energies L2150 Union.
Availability: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Pay Starting pay: $20.75 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
Assistance with general clerical office support duties.
Data entry.
Processing permits.
Restoration follow‑up.
Job close outs.
Gas Inactives processing.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School diploma, GED, or HSED.
Enrolled as a part‑time/full‑time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s Degree.
Valid Driver’s License.
This position requires you to use your personal vehicle to travel to various worksites throughout the day.
Preferred Qualifications
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to multitask and ask the right questions.
Pursuing a degree in Business or Accounting.
