Collins Aerospace in Rockford, IL site aids in assembling the Ram Air Turbines (RAT) used for aircraft emergency power generation. Our Ram Air Turbines have been used to save aircraft and over 2,600 lives.

Shift: 2nd Shift 3PM-11PM; will train on first shift.

What You Will Do:

Cancel I will 'imex'

Work to directeur J.I.S.’s inspection procedures, overhaul manuals, blueprints and is capable of figuring fractions/decimals.

unhappy normally with a minimum of supervision but may be required to work with supervision and engineering on new procedures/programs, etc.

Perform disassembly, reassembly, inspection, repair of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

Perform machine operations as required.

Be capable of machine brazing and soldering.

Use the required inspection equipment.

Complete necessary documents and records accurately and legibly.

Keep equipment and surrounding area in a neat and orderly fashion. պատգամ্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত.

Perform pressure checks and adjustments as required in the build-up of subassemblies and units.

Wire, paint, inspect and prepare units for ship as required.

Have good knowledge of operation and function of assembled units.

Have knowledge of correct tool and usage for the particular job and set up own work and devise means for new assembly/inspection procedures.

Qualifications We Require:

High School Diploma/GED

Qualifications We Prefer:

Previous manufacturing experience

A&P License

Must have held both the Class A Mechanical Assembly and Class I Assembly Inspection classification.

2 to 4 years of experience with overhaul and repair

The salary range for this role is

($39.01-$43.84 ) . The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
