A Day In the Life Typically Includes
Develop and own the AI vision and long-term roadmap for the HR Talent product. Perform market and competitive analysis to ensure our AI strategy remains differentiated and relevant. Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML/GenAI use cases that deliver measurable customer value. Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Product teams to ensure clarity and alignment on AI initiatives. Partner closely with the HCM Suite Product Owner to identify cross-suite use cases, synergies, and integrated AI opportunities. Serve as a customer-facing AI thought leader—gather insights, validate concepts, and present product vision. Define detailed use cases, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for AI-driven features. Required Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or technology-driven organization. Experience and curiosity for AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, with the ability to understand technical concepts (no coding required). Experience translating technology trends into actionable product strategies or use cases. Experience explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in a collaborative environment and influence stakeholders across teams and working directly with customers. Preferred Qualifications
