YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate 24 hour work schedules including coverage for call offs and approved time off requests using On Shift scheduling software
Effectively manage staffing schedules to fairly distribute work hours, keep overtime to a minimum and minimize contract laborถูก arbeid

Data entry and administrative clerical support related to department supplies, payroll, time & attendance in Kronos.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated success with MS Office suite including basic Excel experience
Proficient reading, comprehension, writing and mathematical ability
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Capable of handling confidential information responsibly
Demonstrates initiative and reliable critical thinking skills
Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community=mysqli:1 tor
