As the

Director, Brand Marketing,

you'llleads major brand marketing campaigns, manages partnership and sponsorship execution, and coordinates cross-functional efforts across the company. This role plans and runs KIDZ BOP’s biggest initiatives including albums, partnerships, live tours and tentpole moments. The Director works closely with the SVP to turn brand strategy into actionable plans that grow awareness and drive revenue

Responsibilities What you’ll do:

Campaign Leadership:

Develop and execute 360° brand marketing campaigns for album releases, partnerships, tours, and tentpole events

Build campaign plans, timelines, briefs, KPIs, and cross-team workflows

Review key campaign assets to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency

Deliver post-campaign recaps, insights, and recommendations

Partnerships, Sponsorships & Growth Opportunities

Collaborate with the SVP to identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and additional revenue opportunities

Oversee the execution and fulfillment of all partner deliverables, maintaining strong communication with internal and external teams

Assist Business & Legal Affairs with contract terms and partner approvals

Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as the central point of coordination between music, video, social, art, touring, licensing and PR during campaign planning and execution

Turn brand and campaign strategy from the SVP and President into clear briefs, timelines and deliverables for these teams

Ensure all campaign messaging and assets stay consistent and aligned across channels

Team Leadership

Manage the Brand Marketing Associate and support staff or consultants

Provide structure, prioritization, and coaching to ensure high-quality work

Strategic Support

Support the SVP in advancing broader brand initiatives, including expansion efforts and long-range planning

Primary Duties

Build and execute annual marketing plans and budgets for KIDZ BOP and related IP

Provide campaign briefs and clear direction to Social, Art, Video, PR, Touring and Licensing teams

Lead day-to-day management of all brand partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring contractual obligations, deliverables and timelines are met

Develop co-promotional plans with partners and serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners

Work with Business and Legal Affairs on contract terms, partner approvals, compliance and usage rights

Represent KIDZ BOP at partner meetings, presentations, industry events and conferences, and support the SVP in identifying new partnerships and revenue opportunities

Qualifications What you'll need:

Experience

7–10 years in brand marketing, partnerships, entertainment, or consumer-facing campaign work

Proven experience leading 360° marketing campaigns from strategy through execution

Demonstrated success pitching, securing, and managing partnerships or sponsorships

Experience working cross-functionally with creative, social, video, PR, and product teams

Skills & Strengths

Strong strategic thinker with the ability to turn brand vision into actionable plans

Excellent project manager with a track record of delivering complex, multi-team campaigns on time

Exceptional communication and partner-facing skills; able to present, pitch, and build relationships

Strong writing skills (campaign messaging, briefs, partner decks, strategic docs)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize across multiple projects

Comfortable reviewing creative assets for brand alignment and clarity

Mindset

Self-starter with ownership mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments

Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and able to drive alignment across teams

Revenue-minded and proactive in identifying partnership and promotional opportunities

Education & Logistics

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Domestic travel required; occasional international travel as needed

Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000

*This job is hybrid- requiring 3 days a week minimum on site.
