This role is central to enabling high impact engineering teams, supporting organizational technology agility, shaping the company’s AI strategy, and elevating the company’s engineering culture to attract and retain top talent.**Key Responsibilities****Lead High-Impact Engineering Initiatives*** Architect and deliver complex, high-value solutions with speed and precision.* The role will start with building the strategic Integration Services layer that will be a backbone and an integration hub for all of the products Trinity offers.* Own mission-critical efforts, ensuring technical rigor and business alignment.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.**Exceptional Individual Contribution*** Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.* Solve deep technical challenges and set the bar for engineering craftsmanship.* Lead by example in design, implementation, and operational excellence.**Shape Engineering Culture*** Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.* Champion engineering values and practices that attract top-tier talent.* Actively contribute to hiring, onboarding, and talent development strategies.**Drive AI-Enabled Development*** Define how we leverage AI to enhance developer productivity and product capabilities.* Evaluate and integrate AI tools, platforms, and practices into our workflows across organizational roles and product portfolio.* Partner with product and data teams to unlock new possibilities through AI.**Establish Technical Standards & Best Practices*** Develop and promote architectural patterns, coding standards, and development methodologies and processes to support organizational scaling of teams and products.* Influence technical direction across teams through thought leadership and peer collaboration.* Lead internal forums, tech talks, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing forums.**Mentor & Inspire*** Serve as a role model for engineers across levels.* Provide mentorship, coaching, and career guidance.* Cultivate a growth mindset and a supportive learning environment.**Qualifications****Technical Excellence*** +10 of experience in hands on technology implementation, and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical study.* Proven experience in architecting and building large-scale systems.* Deep expertise in cloud platforms, backend/frontend frameworks, AI/ML, enterprise security, and agentic AI patterns & libraries.* Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and security.**Leadership & Influence*** Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration skills.* Ability to present ideas to senior leadership to influence org-level technology decision making.* Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence across functions.* Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping engineering culture.**Strategic Thinking*** Ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.* Experience driving innovation and navigating ambiguity.* Passion for leveraging emerging technologies, especially AI, to create impact.**Why This Role Matters**This is not just a technical role—it’s a strategic and cultural one. For more information, visit Trinity at .Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is **$240,000-$270,000**.
